Dear students
If you are reading these lines and need to get in touch with me please be advised that responding to emails can take anywhere between an hour up to a few days. Thus make sure you contact me well in advance of any deadlines that you are facing. Furthermore, if you are enrolled in any of my courses and your queries are course related include the following information:
- Your Name;
- Your Student Id number;
- the course you are enrolled in.
Include all relevant information about your request or problem. A problem description such as webwork does not work is not effective in debugging problems. Do you mean your credentials fail? Do you mean the web site is inaccessible? Describe your problem completely.
For each offering of a course there is an official course site. Please read the information there and follow the links that we provide. Using a search engine is not advisable: there was a student who turned out to be reading information for a course at a website that was hosted in somewhere in the Netherlands in a completely different university.
